Henry Xi brings manufacturing leadership experience dating back to 1997, including senior technical roles in Wuxi machinery manufacturing and diamond tool production management before founding Speed Diamond Tools.

Founder Profile
Henry Xi is the Company Owner of Speed Diamond Tools and has led the business since June 2012. Before that, he served as Senior Technology Manager at Syntec's Chinese factory from 2006 to 2012, following earlier technology management work in machinery manufacturing from 1997 to 2006. That progression gives the company a rare combination of factory management discipline, process engineering awareness, and hands-on diamond tool production understanding.
